2015 HIgh School Team Information

The Eclipse Basketball Club is a volunteer-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  Eclipse coaches are volunteers and donate their time and talent to the athletes in the club.  Player fees are calculated every year based on the budgets of each particular team.  Budgets include items such as: uniforms, entry fees, gym rental, coaches’ travel expenses, and general club overhead expenses.  When a team travels, each player’s family is responsible for making and paying for their own travel arrangements.  We anticipate all high school teams to play in 8-10 events from April through the end of July.  We prioritize your high school’s June schedule in order to avoid conflicts.  The events will be a combination of local, regional and national events, the mix of which will depend on the level of team. 

Team designations are as follows: Red = National; Black = Regional; White = Regional/Local.  Each athlete will receive a specific fee breakdown upon the receipt of an invitation to play on a particular team.  Only after an athlete accepts an invitation is she required to begin fee payments.  Fee payments will be split into three payments in April, May, and June.  Specific budgets have not been finalized, but over the past few years player fees for high school teams have ranged from $1,000 - $2,000, depending on the team and the extent of the travel/national competition.
